Q: What type of tubular K-member does your kits require? 

A: A UPR tubular K-member, but anything similar will work. 

 

Q:  What type of turbos does your kits accept? 

A:  Precision Turbos, but if you're going to use any other type of turbos (Borg Warner, Turbonetics, Bullseye) let us know up front to make the necessary adjustments.

 

Q:  Does your hotsides come with 02 Bungs? 

A:  Yes. All hotsides come with two 02 Bungs.

 

Q:  Do your products come with a warranty? 

A:  See Terms and Conditions.

 

Q:  Do you offer refunds/cancellation of orders? 

A:  See Terms and Conditions.

 

Q: Do you have your products ready on the shelf? 

A: Unfortunately, we do not. Our products have too many variations, which does not allow us to keep them in stock. All our products are made to customer specs.

 

Q:  What is the turnaround time? 

A: Approximately 4 weeks from payment. Some kits with custom modifications could require more time. 

 

Q:  What credit cards do you accept? 

A:  Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express.

 

Q:  What are your payment options? 

A:  Credit card by phone or pay online through website or Pay Pal invoice.

 

Q:  Do you ship outside the USA? 

A:  Yes. A shipping/handling quote can be emailed to you.

 

Q:  Do you drop ship? 

A:  Yes. We just need your customer's full and correct address.

 

Q:  Do you accept partial payments? 

A:  Unfortunately, we do not accept partial payments/deposits. Full payment is required. 

 

Q:  Do all your shipments require a signature? 

A:  Yes. For the security of your shipment, we do require a signature upon delivery, unless it is specified at time of purchase. Without signature, the customer will be fully responsible for lost/misplace packages.

 

Q:  Will I be notified when my shipment goes out? 

A: Yes, you will receive a tracking number via your email.
